Never Surrender Hope

Never Surrender Hope meets the second Tuesday of every month. This is a support group for families who are dealing with a family member addicted to drugs or alcohol. This is a loving, non-judgmental fellowship which supports the addicted, the homeless, and their families. It's a place where you can find resources and encouragement. Faith is committed to providing emergency shelter for temporarily displaced families.

Evangelical Lutheran Church in America

A portion of all offerings goes to support ELCA causes in the United States and elsewhere. These include disaster relief, new mission starts, schools, universities, and social ministry organizations.            

Crop Hunger Walk

Every year members of Faith participate in a 5K walk to raise money and awareness for global hunger.The CROP walk is sponsored in partnership with Church World Services.

World Hunger Relief

We proudly support the efforts of the ELCA and Lutheran World Federation to alleviate poverty and hunger around the globe.

Feast of Justice

Partnering with other Lutheran churches in the area, we collect non parishable food items year-round and donate to the hungry in NE Philadelphia.

Alcoholics Anonymous

Faith is host to seven weekly meetings of the Auctus AA group.Monday (Step meeting) and Thursday (Beginners meeting) at 7:00 PM, Wednesday (Big Book) at 7:30 PM, Friday (Topics) at 5:00 PM, Saturday (Speakers) at 9:00 AM, and Sunday (Women Only) at 4:00 PM and (Men Only) at 6:00 PM

Christian Children's Fund

Faith's Sunday School sponsors two needy children through this organization.

 

Aid For Friends

Faith helps this local organization feed and care for elderly shut-ins in our community.

Each month we cook and prepare dozens of meals in our own kitchen. Volunteers are always welcome.

Helping Hands Rescue Mission

Members of Faith make monthly visits  to serve the hungry and homeless of Philadelphia at the mission in the Spring Garden District.
